Abstract:
To provide an air valve capable of easily fixing a valve box seat.
An annular valve box seat 22 is arranged at the opening peripheral edge of a communication port in a valve box 1 and a repair valve event 21 is provided to be rotatable around the axial center of a valve rod 13. For the repair valve element 21, a plug body 23 pressed against the valve box seat 22 to close the communication port 4 and an annular body 24 having an opening 24a for opening the communication port 4 and pressed against the valve box seat 22 are provided. The plug body 23 and the annular body 24 are integrally formed and their outside faces pressed against the valve box seat 22 are formed in a spherical shape.
