Abstract:
To provide an automobile air vent illumination device by which an occupant boarded on a vehicle can visually identify a wind volume supplied into a vehicle from an air conditioner even if a periphery of the vehicle is dark like night by a change of a color and the luminosity of a light source according to an operation amount of a knob for adjusting the movement of a damper which is arranged at an automobile air vent.SOLUTION: An automobile air vent illumination device has: a knob 500 for adjusting an operation amount of a damper for adjusting an opening/closing degree of a duct 700; a variable resistor 600 whose resistance value is changed according to the operation amount of the knob 500; a light source 100 for emitting light so that its luminosity and/or a color is changed according to the resistance value which is changed by the variable resistor 600; a light guide body 200 for guiding light emitted from the light source 100; a diffusion plate 300 for widely diffusing the light which is guided via the light guide device 200; and an air vent housing 400 in which a radiation hole 410 for radiating the light which is widely diffused via the diffusion plate 300 to the outside is penetratingly formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
