Abstract:
PURPOSE: To all over wash the whole of a work and to enhance washing effect by providing a turntable holding the work to be washed and spraying air on the work rotated together with the turntable from an air nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: In such a state that a base stand 8 and a turntable 2 are held horizontally, a work 1 is charged to the turntable 2 by a charging and taking- out device to be held thereto and, thereafter, the base stand 8 and the turntable 2 are reversed by about 90°. That is, the turntable 2 having the work 1 held thereto is inserted in a dust collecting hood 19. The turntable 2 is rotationally driven in this state by a drive motor 4 to rotate the work 1 and air is ejected from an air nozzle 3 to three-dimensionally wash the work 1. At this time, a dust collector is operated and dust is collected from the dust collecting hood 19 under suction. Further, air cleaned by a clean air supply device, is supplied to further enhance washing effect.
