The airbag cover 2 includes skin 3 and a core material 5, the core material 5 has a core material side cleavage scheduled line 11, and the skin 3 has a skin side cleavage scheduled line 21. The cleavage scheduled line 11 has core material side opposed lines 50, 51 and a core material side middle line 52, and the cleavage scheduled line 21 is provided with skin side opposed lines 60, 61 and a skin side middle line 62. An area surrounded by the opposed lines 50, 51 is made to be a core material side destroying presumption area 55, and a bonding part of the opposed lines 60, 61 and the middle line 62 is made to be a skin side bonding point 63. The opposed lines 60, 61 are spread to an outer side of the core material side destroying presumption area 55 making the bonding point 63 as a base point and respective ends of the opposed lines 60, 61 reach the outer side of the core material side destroying presumption area 55.
