To provide an airbag that suppresses movement in a lateral direction of an occupant by impact at side surface collision and reducing a damage value received by the occupant, in particular, a damage value received by a neck part.
The airbag 11 restricts that occupants P10, P11 sitting on seats 22L, 22R at opposite sides to collision are moved to a collision side at side surface collision of the vehicle 20 having two seats aligned in a vehicle width direction. The airbag 11 has a bag upper part 11U having a profile shape seen from a front side of the vehicle in the maximum inflation state forming a portion having height or higher corresponding to a shoulder part of seat backs 25L, 23R and protecting the neck part and the head part of the occupants P10, P11; and a bag lower part 11D having the profile shape forming a portion having height or lower corresponding to the shoulder part of the seat backs 25L, 23R and protecting the shoulder part and the arm part of the occupants P10, P11. As the whole of the airbag 11, it is constituted to the shape forming an inner profile in a vehicle width direction of the occupants P10, P11.
