Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag capable of partially improving strength of a hollow woven part as needed.SOLUTION: An air bag 1 according to the present invention has a hollow woven part 11 having two fabric layers 111 and 112 woven to be separated, and a closed part 12 arranged at the outer periphery of the hollow woven part 11 and having constituent yarn, forming the hollow woven part 11, woven into one layer, the fabric layers 111 and 112 having a first region 20 and a second region 21 differing in warp density or weft density from the first region 20. Specifically, the second region 21 has texture less in crossconnection of warp than texture of the first region 20 and thus the second region 21 can have larger weft density than the first region 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
