The air bag 13 comprises a partition part 21 that vertically divides the inside of the air bag body 20 to form an upper air chamber 30 and a lower air chamber 31 into which gas is introduced. The air bag 13 comprises a vent hole 33 formed in the partition part 21 to communicate the upper and lower air chambers 30, 31 with each other. The partition part 21 is positioned lower than a center C of the occupant A in the developed state of the air bag body 20.
