To perform effective assistance of settlement of an aircraft hijack by a method wherein after announcement of a hijack is received, aircraft information is displayed on a television monitor through operation on a ground.
When announcement of an aircraft 1 being hijacked is transmitted from a criminal or a plane captain, the announcement is received and a command from a regulatory agency is received, and a ground transmission remote control device 7 is started. A signal is transmitted to the aircraft receipt control device 4 of the aircraft 1, and all necessary operations, such as energization and disconnection to a television camera 2, rotation to the right and left and above and blow, and variation of a focusing distance, are executed. A situation in an aircraft is sent to a television monitor 6 on a ground through a television camera 2, an aircraft transmitting device 3, a communication satellite 9, and a ground receiver 5. This constitution projects aircraft information on a plurality of the television monitors 6, and not only effects remarkably rapid settlement but also prevents the occurrence of a hijack through well knowing of effectiveness thereof.
