Abstract:
To provide a system for supporting aircraft hovering work, that enables a pilot, in an aircraft capable of hovering, to satisfactorily grasp the existence of an obstacle during hovering work.SOLUTION: A support system 10A comprises: a detector 12 which is loaded on an aircraft capable of hovering, is mounted to an exterior part of an airframe 31, and detects an object which may be an obstacle; an imaging part 14 which images the periphery; a data processing part 11; and a display part 13 and the like. The data processing part 11 acquires data from the detector 12 and an avionics system 21, uses the acquired data to generate object schematic display data indicating approach or accessibility of the object, and outputs the display data in the display part 13. The display part 13 displays an obstacle state display image which schematically indicates a state of the obstacle in the periphery of the aircraft, on the basis of the object schematic display data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
