PURPOSE: To suppress the generation of yawing moment caused by a control rudder by providing main wings with ailerons and spoilers, and operating these ailerons and spoilers simultaneously by a lateral control system.

CONSTITUTION: In an aircraft 1 provided with a body, main wings 3, horizontal tails 4, and a vertical tail 5 having a rudder 8, ailerons 11 are provided at the respective rear edge wing end parts of both main wings 3, and spoilers 10 are provided on the upper face more to the front than the rear edge closer to the wing root where the ailerons 11 of the respective main wings 3 are not provided. Flaps 9 connected to the ailerons 11 and extended to the wing root part are also provided at the rear edge of the respective main wings 3, more on the wing root side than the ailerons 11. These spoilers 10 and ailerons 11 are operated by an unillustrated ordinary lateral control system so that the ailerons 11 are operated only to the rear edge lowering side, while the spoiler 10 of the main wing 3 on the opposite side is operated upward simultaneously.
