Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can supply useful information about a baggage at least on a departure airport side to a user of an airport and reduces burden on the user when the information is used.SOLUTION: A reception system 40 is configured so as to be able to read a two-dimensional code displayed on a mobile terminal 60 and also able to obtain contact information about the mobile terminal 60. The reception system generates correspondence information in which specific information (specific information on a wireless tag) of a baggage entrusted by a user, the contact information of the mobile terminal 60 possessed by the user, and information of a boarding pass issued for the user are associated with one another. Additionally, a baggage conveyance path in an airport is provided with a wireless tag reader 9. A departure airport server 3 generates positional information of the baggage on the basis of read result of the wireless tag by the wireless tag reader 9, and transmits the positional information of the baggage and information to be transmitted to the individual user to the mobile terminal 60 associated with the baggage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
