Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form an airtight structure into a reasonable shape as a pressure vessel, to ease construction, and to shorten the period for construction.
CONSTITUTION: A low pressure room is provided with an airtight room 1, a lower part supporting body 3, which extends over leveling concrete 2, a curved construction part 4, which is curved and erected on the body 3 in the width direction so as to form the airtight room 1 and extended in the longitudinal direction, and a wall structure part 5 standing at both ends of the lower pressure room, so that the low pressure room is used as a low-pressure training room. The curved structure part 4 is formed by filling a gap between an inner plate 42 and an outer plate 43 with concrete 44. Since the principal part of the air- tight structure consists of curved ones, the shape of the structure is reasonable one as a pressure vessel. The lower supporting part is flat, giving good usability. In addition, since both inner and outer plate bodies serve also as a form for the concrete, construction work can be completed easily and quickly.
