Abstract:
To provide an Al-Mg based alloy cast material manufacturing method that can appropriately adjust amounts of Ti to be added.SOLUTION: The Al-Mg based alloy cast material manufacturing method, in which Al-Mg based alloy molten metal W1 supplied to a casting machine 6 through a molten metal passage 4 is coagulated by the casting machine 6 to manufacture an Al-Mg based alloy cast material W2, includes a primary Ti adding step in which Ti is previously added to the Al-Mg based alloy molten metal W1 which has not yet passed through the molten metal passage 4 and a secondary Ti adding step in which Ti is added by a feeder 5 to the Al-Mg based alloy molten metal passing through the molten metal passage 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
