Abstract:
To provide an Al alloy bearing which has a resin coating layer on an Al-based bearing alloy layer, and excellent wear resistance for a long period of time.
The Al alloy bearing 11 includes a base material 12, an Al-based bearing alloy layer 13 provided on the base material 12 and containing Si of 4.5-7.0 mass%, and a resin coating layer 14 which is provided on the Al-based bearing alloy layer 13 while solid lubricant is contained in a resin binder. Si particles having an average particle size of 0.5-10 μm are dotted on a surface 133 on the resin coating layer 14 side of the Al-based bearing alloy layer 13 in a projecting manner to the resin coating layer 14 side.
