Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house alarm monitoring system capable of easily changing and setting up a group of residences to be applied to a neighboring fire alarm only by software processing in accordance with the structure of a building.
SOLUTION: The alarm monitoring system is provided with an alarm monitoring integrated board 1 connected to respective residence information boards 2 each of which is arranged in each residence and provided with a security monitoring function and an interphone talking function through a multiplex transmission line La and a voice control line Lc, an inherent address and a block address are allocated to each residence information board 2 and the integrated board 1 is constituted so as to output an alarm message outputted from the voice control line Lc in each block by sending a control signal specifying a block address to the transmission line La.
