The speech synthesizing circuit 5 synthesizes 'alarm is set', which is the alarm-setting confirming sound, then synthesizes the speech of 'wake up' generated at the alarming time repeatedly and outputs the result to a speaker 6. The speaker 6 reports these speeches.
