PURPOSE: To enable sounding of an alarm informing abnormality, such as the locking of a motor and the like, by a method wherein an alrming device and a simple circuit are combined together.
CONSTITUTION: In case blast is not sent to a semiconductor element 6 even if a current flows to the element 6, positioned at a location where blast is fed by means of a blower, due to some abnormality, such as short-circuit and locking of a motor 4, the loosening of the rotary shaft of the blower, the semiconductor element 6 is released from heat radiation caused due to blast. As a result, the temperature rises exceeding a Currie point (TC). Thereby, its resistance value increases sharply, an electric potential at a connection point B of the motor 4 and the semiconductor 6 rises, and it becomes higher than that of a connection point A of a luminous diode 14 and potential resistances 15 and 16. As a result, a current flows to the luminous diode 14 which lights on, and warning can be issued to a driver.
