Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize that a help is asked at the house from the outside and to enable a rescue party and local residents to quickly rescue a user by emitting a help request message or an alarm set beforehand to the outside by the alarming means of a main body when the user performs the switch operation of a portable transmitter.
SOLUTION: The main body 1 is horizontally attached to the outer wall of a house where a physically handicapped person, a sick person or the like is present, a power source switch 14a is turned ON and it is turned to an operation state. In the case that the sudden change of an accident or sickness or the like occurs to the user, by pressing the transmission switch 21 of a transmitter 2, the radio signals are received by the receiver 11 of the main body 1 and inputted to a controller 14, the help request message and buzzer sound are outputted from a speaker 13b and an alarming lamp 13c is lighted or made to flicker immediately from the alarming means 13 and the output is continued as long as a battery power source 15 lasts. Thus, it is easily recognized from the outside that the help is asked at the house.
