To provide an ALC (aerated lightweight concrete) panel being capable of executing various patterns on the surface of the panel by a comparatively simple method and having excellent design and its manufacturing method.
In the ALC panel, a corrugated shape, a striped shape or an irregular pattern in which both shapes are combined is formed to the surface of the panel. In the manufacturing method of the ALC panel, the corrugated shape, the striped shape or the irregular pattern in which both shapes are combined is formed on at least the surface sides of the panels to be manufactured by a plurality of linear elements disposed in approximately parallel when a semi-plastic body 4 formed in a block shape by a molding die is cut by the linear elements 2a and 2b and the ALC panels having a fixed size and shape are obtained.
