PURPOSE: To obtain a drink having effect on health promotion and beauty, by blending a specific amount of brewed rice vinegar with refined SAKE in a specific proportion and adding an additive consisting of cider vinegar, wine vinegar, UME vinegar, sweetener, etc., thereto.

CONSTITUTION: 1W5pts. refined SAKE (average 16 degrees alcohol content) is blended with 1pts. brewed rice vinegar and at least one of an additive group consisting of 0.2W0.5pts. fruit vinegar, e.g. cider vinegar or wine vinegar, 0.2W0.3pts. UME vinegar, 0.3W0.5pts. UME brandy and 1W5% UME extract and sweetener is added thereto to give an alcohol-containing health drink, which can be taken in with many effects of brewed vinegar to health and beauty while satisfying the individual taste.
