PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary alcohol inspection attention calling.SOLUTION: An alcohol detection system (detection system) includes: a smartphone 2 (smartphone 2) and an alcohol detector 3 (detector 3). The detector 3 outputs a concentration signal corresponding to alcohol concentration included in the exhalation of a transportation service worker (worker). The smartphone 2 is configured to input the concentration signal by cable from the detector 3, and to transmit information on the alcohol concentration by radio to a management device 4, and to acquire its own position information. The detection system includes attention calling means for, when the smartphone 2 exists in a retention determination range in a retention determination time or more, calling worker's attention to alcohol inspection. The smartphone 2 includes setting means and attention calling operation means. The setting means is able to set whether or not the worker is in an operation service state by manual input. The attention calling operation means allows the attention calling means to operate in a period in which the worker is in the operation service state.
