Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol separator for an alcoholic solution which has a simple structure and is capable of recovering alcoholic mists and enhancing alcohol concentration of the recovered alcohol solution without changing the flavor of the original alcoholic solution. SOLUTION: This alcohol separator is provided with: an ultrasonic atomizer 1 for subjecting an alcoholic solution to ultrasonic vibration in an ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 to form alcoholic mists; and a closed recovery chamber 5 for condensing and recovering the atomized alcoholic solution mist; wherein the closed recovery chamber 5 has the ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 within it, or the ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 and closed recovery chamber 5 are integrated into one structure. The mist atomized in the ultrasonic atomizer 1 is condensed in the closed recovery chamber 5 to recover a highly concentrated alcoholic solution.
