PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance to water separation of an alcohol-containing jelly that is made into a beverage by being dissolved or dispersed in liquid.SOLUTION: An alcohol-containing jelly is made into a beverage by being dissolved or dispersed in liquid. The jelly contains gellan gum. A content of alcohol with respect to the entirety of the alcohol-containing jelly is 21 wt.% or more, and a proportion of Ca ion with respect to the gellan gum is not less than 0.1 wt.% nor more than 6.5 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
