The alighting device testing instrument is used instead of a conventional alighting device testing instrument for a flight unit and has a driven side mechanical element 30 rotating interlocked with the wheel 11; a driving side mechanical element 40 supported at a position closer to a body than the driven side mechanical element of a support instrument; and a power transmission member 60 connected to the driven side mechanical element and the driving side mechanical element and capable of transmitting rotation power from the driving side mechanical element to the driven side mechanical element. It is provided with a wheel rotation equipment in which the power transmission member is connected to the driving side mechanical element and the driven side mechanical element when the wheel is positioned at a stroke end L and in which the power transmission member is not connected to at least one of the driven side mechanical element or the driving side mechanical element when the wheel is moved from the stroke end to a side of the body.
