This is an aligning jig unit 2 for cable recognition composed of cable holding sections 3 for interposing a cable between and holding it, in a construction for holding the core of a cable or a plurality of cores of a cable unit by unit in order, engaging section 4, and connecting sections 5. And this is an aligning unit 2 for cable recognition composed of cable holding sections for inserting a cable in from one side and holding it, in a construction for holding the core of a cable or a plurality of cores of a cable unit by unit in order, and connecting sections 5. Here, it does not mater if a unit-number indicating means and a wire-number indicating means are provided in each cable aligning jig unit 2 for cabal recognition. It does not matter if a plurality of cable recognizing units 2 are united by uniting sections 5, in case where the number of cable are large.
