Title:
ALIGNING AND WINDING METHOD FOR EXTREMELY THIN WIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58191411
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To align and wind the extremely thin wire accurately by a simple device by energizing the last turn of the extremely thin wire in the direction reverse to the progressive direction of winding at all times while pushing the extremely thin wire wound on a takeup bobbin against the outer circumferential surface of the takeup bobbin when the extremely thin wire is wound on the takeup bobbin.

CONSTITUTION: An aligning jig 16 is fitted to a section where the extremely thin wire 10 is wound on the takeup bobbin 14. The jig is formed by a hold-down section 16a, which is arranged near the outer circumferential surface of the takeup bobbin 14 and extends in parallel with an axis of the takeup bobbin, and a hook-shaped section 16b extending toward the outer circumferential surface of the takeup bobbin 14 from a nose. The aligning jig is energized in the direction reverse to the progressive direction [the (a) direction] of winding by a spring 18, and the last turn 10a is energized in the direction reverse to the progressive direction of winding at all times by the hook- shaped section 16b while the extremely thin wire 10 is pushed against the outer circumferential surface of the takeup bobbin 14 by the hold-down section 16a when it is wound on the takeup bobbin 14. The aligning jig 16 is moved in the progressive direction slowly against the force of the spring with the increase of turns of the extremely thin wire 10, and the extremely thin wire 10 is aligned and wound.
