Title:
ALIGNINGLY TRANSFERRING DEVICE FOR CYLINDRICAL BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3827930
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of an aligningly transferring device for cylindrical bodies in which the aligned number of cylindrical bodies is limited, a streak is formed in the cylindrical surface of a work, and the upper and under surfaces of a work in a stage can not be maintained on the one and the same plane.
SOLUTION: An aligningly transferring device comprises a front end stationary plate 21 to bring a front end work into a stationary state; group classified detectors 22A, 22B, and 22C to detect that a number classified by a group reaches a set value and output signals in order; array division plates 23A, 23B, and 23C to divide an array rear end work of an array from an array front end work of a next array and bring an array front end work of a next array into a stationary state; group classified transfer plates 32A, 32B, and 32C to push the array work from a belt conveyor; and array specifying plates 33A, 33B, and 33C to specify an array front end work of a next array. Each array work of each array is transferred, in order, in the relay pallet of a relay mechanism and the stacking case of a stacking mechanism.
