Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein (1) when flat materials drops on a receiving part on the lower side, an angular displacement member interferes with the side portions of the aligned flat materials to collapse the alignment of the side portions and (2) in the state of the angular displacement member being set somewhat farther from the rear side portions of the flat materials, the flat materials are positioned in a loose fashion, resulting in no accurate alignment of the side portions.
SOLUTION: This alignment device for a flat material stacker comprises an alignment member 3 provided contactable with the rear side portions Ae of the flat materials A when reciprocatingly displaced closer to the uppermost receiving part R, a reciprocation driving means 2 for reciprocatingly displacing the alignment member 3, and a reciprocating displacement position changing means 1 for changing the reciprocating displacement position of the alignment member 3 into a position where the alignment member 3 which is reciprocatingly displaced to the rear side portions Ae of the flat materials A received by the uppermost receiving part R is contactable with the rear side portions Ae of the flat materials A received by the uppermost receiving part R and into a position where it is not contactable therewith.
