To provide an alignment marker that can increase the accuracy of an alignment when a terahertz camera and a visualization camera are aligned with each other.SOLUTION: The alignment marker is an alignment marker for making a terahertz camera unit for acquiring an image formed by a terahertz wave and a visualization camera unit for acquiring an image formed by visible light in alignment with each other, and includes a background unit formed of a first material and a pattern unit formed of a second material and having an irregular shape which makes a terahertz wave not mirror-reflected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
