Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali-soluble maleimide copolymer which excels in thermal heat yellowing resistance, has high hardness and excels in solubility in a solvent, is easy to form a uniform coating film, and has uncured portions sufficiently soluble in alkaline water, a pigment dispersion composition for ionizing radiation curing which contains the copolymer, a color filter and a display which are formed by using the composition for ionizing radiation curing.
SOLUTION: The maleimide based alkali-soluble copolymer has a benzyl maleimide monomer unit which may have a substituent as the essential component.
