Abstract:
To provide an all-purpose measuring device which is settable in high-degree, applies an image-improving effect to a graphic image or a video image, and is applicable, adaptable and highly efficient.
A device and a method for processing video signals, is provided with: a means for receiving video signals; a means for analyzing video signals by a video window detection part, a video content detection part and an adaptability contrast control part based on a command set which a user provides; a means for processing the video signals according to the analysis; and a means for outputting the processed video signals.
