PURPOSE: To prevent the projection of the rear side of a machine body frame even though the excavator rotates 180°; to make an operator sit on an operator seat in the stable condition constantly, and operate an operation pedal, even though the excavator is inclined longitudinally, by reclining the operator seat and the operation pedal; and to make the operator operate running operation levers with a single hand in the normal relaxed posture sitting on the operator seat.
CONSTITUTION: In this all-round rotary excavator, a machine frame F is made rotatable 360°, a main boom 1 is made possible to swing to the left and to the right to the machine frame F, an offset boom 2 is installed between the main boom 1 and a bucket arm 3, and the rear side rotary circle of the machine frame F is arranged within the car width. And when the machine body is inclined in the longitudinal direction, an operator seat S and an operation pedal 6 are made possible to incline symultaneously to make the operator seat S and the operation pedal 6 horizontal. Furthermore, the left side and the right side running operation levers 7L and 7R are provided at the side of the operator seat S.
