PURPOSE: To achieve an all-solid secondary battery having a large discharge capacity by specifying range of the active substance content of an electrode consisting of an admixture of an Ag ion electroconductive solid electrolyte and an electrode active substance expressed by AgXV2O5-y (where 0.6≤X≤0.8, and y is oxygen missing).
CONSTITUTION: An electrode is made in an admixture of an Ag ion electroconductive solid electrolyte and an electrode active substance of complex oxide consisting of Ag and V oxides expressed as AgXV2O5-y (where 0.6≤X≤0.8, and y is oxygen missing), and this complex oxide can undergo electrochemical intercalation and deintercalation of Ag, and a secondary battery is accomplished by co-use of Ag ion conductive solid electrolyte. The active substance content of this electrode shall range between 50-70wt.%. Thereby an all-solid secondary battery can be obtained equipped with a large discharge capacity.
