In this all-weather habitable environment control system, a support member of a weather strip member is fixed to a boundary part of a habitable space such as a porch for placing laundry or bedding so as not to be wetted by rain from the outside. The weather strip member is stored and pulled out by moving a plurality of rectangular thin plates arranged openably and closably in the arrangement direction. This system includes a power means for operating the storage of the weather strip member and the fixing angle of the rectangular thin plates. A determination means determines a raining state or not. A control means pulls out the weather strip member in the raining state, and stores the weather strip member in a case other than the raining state.
