Title:
ALLELE FOR OBSERVING GENE EXPRESSION RELEVANT TO TUMOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3897086
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate the mechanism of action of an antitumor agent, or the like.
SOLUTION: Both of a DNA fragment complementarily bining with a DNA molecule descriptive of the gene of the pivot of the genesis, invasion or metastasis of human tumor or complementary DNA (cDNA) molecule for mRNA molecule and a DNA fragment complementarily bining with a DNA molecule descriptive of the gene of the pivot of drum metabolism or a complementary DNA (cDNA) molecule for mRNA are immobilized on a solid surface, and the difference between the melting temperature of the above immobilized DNA fragments and the hybridization temperature is kept below 30°C. As a result, a DNA allele for elucidating the mechanism of action of the antitumor agent, or the like is obtained with high precision.
