Abstract:
To provide an alloy member that is low in thermal expansion and has a relatively high rigidity portion and a relatively low rigidity portion and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The alloy member is made of a lamination modeled material of a low thermal expansion alloy material having an average thermal expansion coefficient of 2 ppm/°C or less, and has a first portion having a relatively low porosity and high rigidity and a second portion having a relatively high porosity and low rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
