PURPOSE: To form a thin wall hollow structure to be usable at a high temp. by providing a multi-wall alloy structure, which has a single-part structure having at least one of extremely thinner wall than a specific thickness and is formed by single-casting.
CONSTITUTION: This thin wall hollow structure is provided the multi-wall alloy structure which has the single-parts structure having at least one of the extremely thinner wall than 1.016 mm and is formed by single-casting. This manufacturing method is one with which molten alloy is injected into a mold cavity having about 0.762 mm thickness or smaller, demarcating at least a part thereof with a ceramic shell. The whole mold cavity is filled up this molten alloy and the injection pressure of the alloy is reduced during the injection process, so as not to cause the creep in the ceramic shell with the injection pressure of this alloy. Thus, relating to the thin wall structure to be usable at the high temp. made of the single-casting and in this manufacturing method, the thin wall hollow structure which can particularly withstand the collision of gas at the high temp. is obtained.
