Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloyed galvannealed steel sheet excellent in the adhesion of a plating layer and suitable mainly as an automotive high strength steel sheet and to provide a method for producing the same.
SOLUTION: This steel sheet is the one in which the chemical compsn. of the base metal contains ≤0.01% C, 0.03 to 0.3% Si, 0.05 to 2% Mn, 0.017 to 0.15% P, 0.005 to 0.1% Al, 0.005 to 0.1% Ti, ≤0.1% Nb, ≤0.005% B, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and the average grain diameter in the surface of the base metal is contact with the plating layer is regulated to ≤12μm. As for the method for producing the same, according to necessary, the surface of the base metal is ground away by 1 to 8g/m2, which is retained at 60° to 500°C for 10 to 120sec at the time of cooling after high temp. reduction and is thereafter applied with plating, and furthermore, from 420 to 480°C at the time of alloying treatment, it is heated at a heating rate of ≥20°C/sec to an alloying temp. and is alloyed.
