Abstract:
To provide a compact alpha-turn coil component.SOLUTION: With a vertical direction as a winding axis 100, an alpha-turn coil 4 of an odd number of turns is placed in a winding frame 15 of a bobbin 5, ends (31, 32) of winding are led out in one longitudinal direction, the bobbin includes a columnar winding shaft 12 around which a winding 3 is wound, a flat spacer 14 partitioning the winding frame vertically into two regions (15u, 15d) is formed in the winding shaft, the spacer has a slit 17 formed by cutting a portion of the edge at the other side in one longitudinal direction up to the winding shaft, left and right edges (17L, 17R) of the slit are spaced apart in the vertical direction by a crevice D corresponding to a thickness of one winding, the winding is wound around the winding shaft in the regions above and below the winding frame by a length corresponding to 1/2 of the overall length, and an intermediate part 3c of 1/2 length is inserted into the slit, in an alpha-turn coil component 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
