This alternately twisted composite yarn composed of at least 2 component yarns in which at least 2 component yarns have an alternated twisting sequences of the yarn part having a low density twisting and the yarn part of a high density twisting through a non twisted part along the longitudinal direction of the twisted yarn, is obtained by drawing after giving the alternate twisting to at least 2 component yarns with a low twisting density part and a high twisting density in a relation having a reverse twisting directions through a non twisted part and then imparting an intertwining to it.
