Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy foil exhibiting stable tensile strength and elongation throughout the year.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy foil has an aluminum purity of ≥98.0 mass% (hereinafter simply described as %) and includes 0.02-0.15% of Si, 0.03-1.8% of Fe, and 0.002-0.05% of Cu, with the balance being unavoidable impurities. The aluminum alloy foil is characterized in that the finish temperature after completion of final rolling is 60 to 120°C, the cooling speed to 40°C is 0.6 to 5.5 (°C/h), and the value of the cooling speed index defined by the cooling speed/{0.08×(the finish temperature(°C))-4.18} is 0.5-1.6.
