Abstract:
To provide an aluminum alloy material adequate for brazing by a Nocolok (noncorrosive flux) brazing method and to provide a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger made of the aluminum alloy using the aluminum alloy brazing filler metal.
This aluminum alloy brazing filler metal contains over 0.1 mass% and ≤2.0 mass% Mg, over 7.0 mass% and ≤12.0 mass% Si, over 0.5 mass% and ≤8.0 mass% Cu, and over 0.5 mass% and ≤6.0 mass% Zn, and consists of the balance Al and inevitable impurities.
