Abstract:
To provide a brazing sheet good in brazing property in brazing conducted without using flux, and having a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A brazing sheet 1 has a core material 11 made of an Al alloy containing 0.10 to 3.0 mass% of Mg, and a brazing material 12 made of Mg and an Al alloy containing 6.0 to 13.0 mass% of Si and 0.050 mass% or less of Bi, laminated on at least a single surface of the core material 11 and exposed at an outermost surface 121. The brazing material 12 has a Mg distribution in which Mg concentration is continuously decreased toward the outermost surface 121 from a boundary surface 122 with the core material 11. Mg concentration cat a position Pwhere depth from the outermost surface 121 becomes 1/8 of thickness of the brazing material 12 tis 0.150 mass% or less, and Mg concentration cat a position Pwhere depth from the outermost surface 121 becomes 7/8 of thickness of the brazing material tis 5 to 90% of Mg amount in the core material 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
