To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet having excellent formability and good corrosion resistance, with which erosion of a brazing filler metal is prevented during brazing and good brazing property is obtained.
The aluminum alloy brazing sheet includes an aluminum alloy core material and a brazing filler metal of an Al-Si-based alloy, with which at least one surface thereof is cladded, and is characterized in that each of the core material and the brazing filler metal has a specified alloy composition, and as the metal structure of the core material, the distribution density of an intermetallic compound of ≥0.01 and <0.1 μm is 104 to 5×105 pieces/mm2, the distribution density of the intermetallic compound of ≥0.1 and <1 μm is 104 to 5×106 pieces/mm2, and the distribution density of the intermetallic compound of ≥1 μm is ≥5×103 pieces/mm2. Also, there is provided a method for manufacturing the aluminum alloy brazing sheet.
