Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet for a vacuum brazing having good brazability for an aluminum heat exchanger of a drawn cup type oil cooler, etc.
CONSTITUTION: In the aluminum alloy brazing sheet for the vacuum brazing, one or both sides of whose core made of aluminum or aluminum alloy is coated with a brazing filler metal consists of Al-Si-Mg alloy or Al-Si-Mg-Bi alloy, the quantity of a gas contained in the brazing filler metal is ≤5.0×10-3cc/g.
