Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy-ceramic composite material excellent in heat dissipation property related to adhesibility to a mating member, and a heat dissipation board composed of the same.SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy-ceramic composite material is provided that is obtained by impregnating an aluminum alloy which becomes a matrix into a preform composed of ceramic particles and that comprises, by an area ratio, 0.4 to 13% of a pore with a diameter of 0.3 mm or less when observing a cross section, and a heat dissipation board is provided which is composed of the aluminum alloy-ceramic composite material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
