Abstract:
To provide an aluminum alloy material for brazing capable of simultaneously achieving fabricability, brazability, and corrosion resistivity.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy clad material comprises a core material and a skin material cladded to either face or both faces of the core material. The core material is made of an aluminum alloy composed of Fe of 0.30-0.70 mass%, Cu of 0.03-0.20 mass%, Mn of 1.00-1.50 mass%, balance aluminum, and inevitable impurities. The skin material made of an aluminum alloy composed of Si of 2.00-3.00 mass%, Fe of 0.10-0.40 mass%, Zn of 0.80-5.00 mass%, balance aluminum, and inevitable impurities, wherein Cu is regulated so as to be 0.20 mass% or less. The core material has an average crystal grain size of 25-125 μm. In a heating test, the residual ratio of the skin material ((thickness of the skin material after heating test/thickness of the skin material before heating test)×100) is 90.0% or greater.
