Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy conductive wire capable of combining excellent impact resistance with durability, an electric wire using the same, a wire harness and a production method of the aluminum alloy conductive wire.SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy conductive wire is provided that contains Si of 0.15 mass% to 0.25 mass%, Fe of 0.6 mass% to 0.9 mass%, Cu of 0.05 mass% to 0.15 mass%, Mg of 0.3 mass% to 0.55 mass%, Ti of more than 0 mass%, V of more than 0 mass% and the balance aluminum and inevitable impurities, the Ti and V being contained in an amount of 0.015 mass% or less in total, and the aluminum alloy conductive wire has a tensile strength of 220 MPa or more and an elongation of 2% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
