Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an aluminum alloy sheet excellent in chemical conversion treating property, corrosion resistance, adhesion of coated film, etc.
CONSTITUTION: This alloy sheet is an aluminum alloy sheet which contains, by weight, 2.5-5.5% Mg, 0.05-0.4% Cu, 0.005-0.2% Mn, 0.005-0.1% Cr, 0.01-0.05% Ti, ≤0.08% Si, ≤0.1% Fe, and 0.0001-0.01% Be and further contains, if necessary, one or ≥2 kinds among 0.001-0.1% Zr, 0.001-0.1% V, and 0.0001-0.01% B and in which A=Mg-10×Cu-1000Be[wt.%] is regulated to ≤4 and B=Mg/(Al+O) [atomic%] is ≤0.3 in the position, where Mg concentration reaches a peak with respect to a depth direction in the material surface after solution heat treatment, and also Mg concentration in the surface layer part is regulated to ≤20%.
