Title:
ALUMINUM ALLOY FOIL SUPERIOR IN CORROSION RESISTANCE AND STRENGTH, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006312768
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an Al-Fe-based aluminum alloy foil which has excellent corrosion resistance suitable as a material for packaging a corrosive content, has high strength, does not form pin holes, and can cope with a demand for thinning, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.
This aluminum alloy foil has a composition comprising 0.8-2.0% Fe, 0.02-0.2% Cu, 0.03-0.1% Si, while controlling a ratio of an Fe content to a Si content (Fe%/Si%) to 16 to 40, and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities; includes intermetallic compounds with a particle diameter of 0.2 μm or larger in an amount of 1×106 to 4×106 pieces/cm2; and contains 80% or more dissolved Cu by a ratio with respect to a Cu content.
